Stacks

I have finally come to the conclusion that I'm a little OCD. I love to make lots of the same thing and then make stacks. The bigger the better! Ideas of stacks/accumulation/repetition have found their way into quite a bit of my conceptual work, so why not let them more and more into my non-conceptual work? Since I've realized that there is no possible way to add more hours to the day I've been trying to streamline my life as much as possible. Maybe this is a way for these two trains of thought to meet... Ha! Something else checked off the list.

My latest obsession is knitting dishcloths. They're easy and inexpensive to make and don't take too long. They're good car projects because you don't have to pay too much attention and if you mess up, hey, it's only a dishcloth. They're practically indestructible and you can wash and bleach them to your heart's content.

I've been working on these for a while since I've been spending quite a bit of time in the car over the past few months. Needless to say, I needed to make a pile of my dishcloths to date and take a picture out in the garden.
